We want you to be completely satisfied with your Style Edit purchase and your overall experience with us! If you find the color isn't the perfect match, or the styling product isn't the right fit for your hair goals, we offer a FREE product or shade exchange and we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Simply contact us at customerservice@styleedit.com to get started.

Style Edit products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. In order to be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging.

For standard refunds, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we suggest returning via a trackable common carrier (we recommend USPS First Class).
